a serving Dorset Police Officer, who finally left the force when it
was alleged he stole a hairdryer from a chemist shop.
How Dorset Police
"ducked and dived" and used every trick in the book to avoid responsibility
when Mr Coulter's Jeep was "stolen" a 2nd time in very suspicious circumstances.
Instead of spending money on fighting crime, the Police Authority and
Dorset Police have started a string of Civil Actions against Mr Coulter,
costing the Dorset Rate Payers a Fortune, to put a man through the
mincer who
was the victim of a car theft. this was done because he and his lawyers
complained about Dorset Police and their facilitating the loss of his
Jeep.

FORMER
CHAIRMAN OF THE POLICE AUTHORITY PETER JONES
Before he resigned, came to Mr Coulters
Lawyers office with a without prejudice offer of an apology, and
a derisory offer of a settlement in this case. However after insisting
that the meeting was without prejudice and confidential, then
went and repeated the without prejudice conversations to the Chairman
of Dorset County Council! Furthermore when Jones was offering
an apology for what they had done to mr coulter, Superintendent
Brazier and the Deputy Chief Constable were lying to an internet
tribunal adjudicated in America, in an action they started against
Mr Coulter to take over this website. As you can see, they lost
the case and Dorset Rate Payers Money. No wonder the supposed
apology was not accepted. How can you apologize and offer a settlement
when you are taking action against the same person on the other
side of the world causing him to employ lawyers in America to
represent him? We question Jones's mentality?

He is a retired Brigadier who keeps
quite about his military career, also it has been alleged that
he keeps quiet about his Masonic Membership, Is this true? Somehow
he is well paid for serving on other quangos. The Immigration
Appeal Tribunal, and the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, how
did he become involved with the law society with no legal background?
